problem with dongle viper v2 pro

I wasn't able to connect my mouse to the dongle, even though the cable itself is good meaning the pc is good, mouse is great but the dongle is the problem. I checked with device manager but nothing. Everything worked fine before one time i wasn't able to disconnect my mouse properly so the first time in years i unplugged my dongle to disconnect my mouse but now it never connects back with the dongle back in, no damage on the dong at all, pc have been restarted plus razer software i checked
