I am writing to request assistance with my account. I can no longer use my registered account number, and I am also unable to receive verification codes or access my backup code when making purchases.

Could you please let me know if there is a way I can receive the verification code or recovery information through my email instead? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
