I have bought a new Razer Blackwidow V4 and a new Basilisk V3 PRO 35K not long ago. And when I boot up my computer media keys work, when Synapse or Chroma detects and takes control of my devices, the media keys stop working completely. I think there is a conflict between who controls my devices, Windows 11 x64 bit system or Razer Synapse 4/Razer Chroma. I just don't know how to fix this issue, can anyone help?

+1I think it’s “just” issue with Synapse 4. Cuz I have a bug on Huntsman TE that FN key is still locked, so the main function of F1-12 is not working, but multimedia are OK in my case.
I’d advise to post them a case via Synapse (click on your avatar icon right top side of Synapse → Feedback → Customer Support/Report bug).
