I've had the cynosa v2 for about 5 months now, and just today, I encountered a problem with my s key where if I hold it for roughly more than one second, it will keep acting if I am still holding that key even if I am not touching it.

Normally this wouldn't be a problem with typing for obvious reasons, but (again for obvious reasons) gaming, wasd is really frustrating when it keeps inputting s so you keep moving backwards when you don't want to.

Is it a hardware or a software issue? Any help would be much appreciated.

It could easily go both ways. Are you getting the same issue with and without Synapse running in the background? In any case, please send me the serial number of the keyboard so I can check for possible firmware solutions.
