problem with my huntsman mini
hey so i got my huntsman mini mercury yesterday
and there is a problem with the O key and . key
when i press them they dont work all the time
i need help what can i do ?

Do you get the same results with and without Synapse? If so, given that this is happening right out of the box, we're highly likely dealing with a switch issue. Have you tried using another cable to test? In any case, please send me the serial number so we can try to update the firmware of the keyboard.
