Problem with my leds on razer black widow x chroma

Hello so basically some leds don't work on green at all but when you take keycap off its little blinking so im not sure if its burned out. Maybe it's after lubing my switches but im not sure. Also no idea what to do. When I put metal thing inside and starts to moving it on sides then sometimes it fixes for a short period of time. On Rgb mode it just skips green color or turns off and on. here goes link to the video https://streamable.com/cv8lvx

Have you tried to reinstall the driver or clean re-install the Synapse application to further isolate the issue? If that didn't work, PM me the serial number and a short video replicating the issue so I can check and validate its model. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
