Problem with my Razer Nari Ultimate

I can only hear sounds on the right side. The left side is completely silent. What can I do in order to fix it? I have tried disconnecting it from the pc sompletely and then connecting it back via the dongle but it didnt work.

This is weird, when I connect the headset to the USB cable I was able to hear the sound normal on both sides.
