Hello I recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed headset and I'm having a problem. In certain games that make my PC run harder than usual, the sound cuts out. The only way to get the sound back is to turn the headset off and unplug and replug the dongle. I'm plugged into the back of my PC. Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance

Try to update your headset’s firmware by clicking here. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
