Hi guys, I hope you are excellent and taking care,

I have an (actually several) problem with my Razer Blade 15" Advanced (2019):

1- From the first day, I have had BSOD with ADOBE applications; however, I deactivated GPU acceleration, and it works.

2- I use my Razer Blade very little to play, but a week ago, I installed APEX LEGENDS to test it; Two nights ago, I was playing, and my screen froze and then a BSOD my computer didn't start anymore.

So, I decided to reinstall Windows 10, but when I want to install the NVIDIA driver (I've tried all the options mentioned in Reddit) this happens:

3- I decided to open my laptop to check for any "visible" damage, and the first thing that struck me is that the battery is very bloated (compared to what I've seen on the internet):

4- Almost forgot to mention that the built-in bluetooth on the computer turned off after a few minutes and I had to buy a USB adapter.

Razer support team, can you help me?

I bought the computer in April 2019 and I REALLY took great care of it, not even taking it out of the office.

This computer is my work tool and right now with all this COVID business is when I need it the most (and unfortunately the least money I have).

Guys I really love Razer brand, I´m not saying this with any bad intentions (maybe a little sad yes), I just need my laptop working.

Help and thanks,

Oscar L.
