Problem with power adapter

Hi Everybody.



In April I've finally bought my first Razer Blade 15 laptop 2019 advanced with 2070 Q-Max. I love it and I enjoy it. However I had one serious issue with power adapters.



1st adapter, with was together with laptop died in 1 week after I've started to use laptop. No green light was burning, no charging at all. So I've started warranty process, in a mean time i bought another power adapter from razer web shop in Germany and again after 1 week after of worked it died, I was working in office and heard sound of small explosion or crack and indeed again same problem, no green light so laptop don't charge at all.



Luckely I received new adapter from warranty exchange, so at leas I have one to work, but biggest question for me is :



Is it a lot of situations with broken power adapters with 2019 models ?



Twice it happened in office, should I plug laptop through UPS power supply to protect power adapter of Laptop ?



Normally we never had any issues in office with electronic devices : Printer, 2 different MSI laptops are working just fine.



Could you please give me any advice concerning such situation? Laptop is quite expensive and to have such kind of problems is just insane.



Maybe somebody already repaired adapter ? As to send it back by warranty exchange, takes a lot of time, so I'm thinking to try repair it locally.
