Problem with Pro Type Ergo

First unable to create a support ticket, and it states serial number not found, unable to register as well.

 

Issue, when just playing games, will freeze, then discount and reconnect.  work for about a minute or two more then rinse and repeat. does this 2.4, cable, or blue tooth.  had zero issues with my wireless deathstalker V2 Pro running 2.4 wireless.  already tried power saving, time out, even the brightness of the RGB that I found in another forum entry.  Thank you
