Problem with Product number

I bought an Barracuda X headset, and wanted to register it at razer id, but it refused to register with error “Product Number is invalid” i tried both typing O instead of 0, and I instead of 1, but still i have that problem, what should i do?

I understand you’re having an issue with the product registration due to an error. To resolve this, please ensure you enter your device's serial number in the “SERIAL NUMBER OR UNIQUE ID” field without including the "S/N". Below, you should see your product number, which will auto-populate the box.

If the error persists, please send me a PM with a screenshot of the error and a photo of your device's serial number so I can help validate the information. Upload it via Google Drive and set it to "Public" or “Anyone Who Has The Link” so we can access the file. Then share the link with me. All the best!
