Problem with product registration

I bought Razer Blackshark V2 headphones and when I tried to register, I gave an error that the product was already registered. Please help!

There’s a high chance that you have purchased a counterfeit headset but I’ll double-check. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
