Problem with Razer, Black widow v3 Mini Hyperspeed

Hi, I'm having a small problem with my Razer Black Widow V3 Hyper Speed. It won't connect to my device via Bluetooth, wireless, or cable. In addition, the LEDs are flickering completely wrong, which means that when I want to change the LED colors, nothing happens. The manual says I should press a certain key combination, such as Control FN and two. Unfortunately, my keyboard doesn't do what it's supposed to do, but instead does something completely different. Could you help me with this?

I understand you're having connectivity and LED lighting issues with your Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed keyboard. Please share more details about your concern, were there any changes made to your system prior to this issue? Were there any circumstances that any physical damage has been inflicted on the device? Any noticeable physical damage from the device?
