Problem with Razer Blade Stealth 2018 and Aorus Gaming Box RX580 8Gb eGpu

I bought about 2 month ago an Aorus Gaming box rx580, and after fighting with it for a while I managed to make it work reliably, until this week. After a good play session the night before, it just doesn't want to connect to my Blade Stealth anymore. When I open the thunderbolt tab, it doesn't shows anything. When I plug it into my pc via Thunderbolt 3, it just charge the pc, but no more. And a short time ago I had a problem where the eGpu would start up fine and connect, and turn off automaticly after 2 minutes. Do somebody knows anything on how to solve this pls ? And if it's the thunderbolt 3 port that is defective, can I get a full refund for the pc ?

Do you have any other device that uses a Thunderbolt port just to test if the port is properly working? I'd also reinstall the Thunderbolt drivers just to be sure.
