Problem with Razer Hammerhead True Wireless

Good afternoon, my problem is that when the case is closed the program sees the headphones, but when I open the case it doesn’t see anything and doesn’t connect. Also, the phone does not see when I open the charging case of the headphones, it does not respond to pressing and does not turn on.
