Problem with Razer hammerhead true wireless earbuds

Last week I bought my headphones, I was happy with the purchase, today one of the sides; more specific the right earbud is downloaded after 1 hour of use or even earlier and this is lived by disconnecting from the bluetooth connection, the charging case at the beginning that started charging only took 15 minutes, I took my time to download it completely again And now if it charges the corresponding time, I need help to solve my problem since I have problems with my right earbud, but it is that both earbuds only take 2 hours to charge, not the minimum 4 hours of use that comes out in the specifications. By the way they sound spectacular.

    Just to make sure that we're on the same page, did you mean that right earbud isn't lasting as long as the left earbud? Are you using and charging them separately? In any case, please PM me the serial number of your Hammerhead TW. I'll take it from there.

    In the first instance yes, the right earbud malfunctions, but both have problems since the left earbud takes only two hours to charge, I have used them separately to be able to fully download and charge them, to test and again the problem continued.

    The headphones vary the right one only takes 30 minutes and the left one from 1 to two hours maximum and is turning them on each time they are turned off or disconnected

    If that the case, then there's definitely something wrong with the batteries. PM me so I can help you submit a warranty claim.
