Problem with Razer Kiyo | Razer Insider

Hello, i just bought a Razer Kiyo past 2 days on Amazon.

The problem is the camera don't work.

I explain :

- I tried like 4 or 5 different USB port

- The camera install the wrong driver 1 in 2 times

- And when she install the right one, the camera work for only about 5-10 minutes before disapear and don't work till i uninstall driver, restart computer, ect

- By the way, when i try to go on my Razer Kiyo on Razer Synapse, i'm stuck with this message :

"The actual parameters of the camera are different than the Razer Synapse ones. Which parameters do you want to keep ?" with 2 options : Camera and Synapse

But when i click on one of these (no matter which one), nothing happen and i can't go further, i'm literraly stuck.

For ending, when i try to open a support case and i put my product serial number, that tell me that my warranty is expired since i bought it past 2 days ???



For letting you know :

- Already have updated my W10 and Graphics Cards drivers

- Already do a clean reinstallation of Synapse 3 and my camera drivers

At least you get that 5-10 minutes where it works. I think mine's toast.

It didn't last long and Razer support hasn't been able to help me for 4 days, I just think I'll send the product back.
