Problem with Razer Naga Trinity

I got this new mice 2 days ago. I set up the mice with the 12 buttons plate. After the first 10 minutes playing my buttton 1 stopped working. I went on synapse to check what was going on and saw that the system was no longer recognizing the 12 button plate anymore... I went to support and saw that i should try to clean the contacts. I did it although it's a brand new device. In the end it worked. Now during my day 2 of playing with it button 2 and 5 stopped working and button 1 started spamming the key I it was bound... totally crazy. I tried cleaning contacts again but it won't work. On synapse, same thing is going on: 12-button plate is not recoginzed and crazy thing is that when I plug the 2-button plate it now recoginzes as the 7-button plate ...
