Problem with Razer Nari headphones

Month ago I have bought Razer Nari. Everything was fine until 5 days ago I tried to connect headphones to the computer and there was notification about that computer cannot read USB device. USB port is working, headphones are working cause I tried both with another device. I also tried to reboot my computer but there is still "USB device not recognized". I have no idea what to do. Can someone help me?

uninstall the drivers through device manager and tick delete drivers - then make sure synapse 3.0 is installed and then re insert the usb and turn the headphones on they should then be installed

Try to use dongle recovery tool, mybe it will help.
