Problem with razer not displaying razer synapse

Every time I try to open the app to try and get my mouse all sorted with the buttons the razer synapse wont show any display better said there is no interface. Sometimes is shows the app for only a sec or two to be opening with only razer saying but after that it disappears and notting happens but in my task menager the app says that its open

What is the problem? Why is there no display when trying to open the app?
