I have been using my Razer orochi v2 for over 8 months with smart tracking set to 1mm in razer synapse, but two days ago suddenly the mouse started stuttering and freezing, I figured that setting to 2mm solved the issue but mouse still felt inaccurate, but now even on 2mm the mouse is stuttering to the point where it has become unusable, after messing with asymmetric cut off and other settings I have managed to make it work on my current mousepad but as soon as I place it on any other surface, it starts stuttering again, I have tried clean installing razer synapse, using a different device, updating the firmware, resetting the mouse but nothing has worked. Can someone confirm if this is a software issue or the mouse is dying?

I also have this same issue with my Orochi V2, very recently in the same time frame Elite speaks of. Opening lids, coming out of sleep, causes these issues. When the device wakes up it loses connection and goes into blinking green mode (high speed wireless) and wont connect unless a restart. Reconnects of the USB just lead to stuttering and a lack of connection. It will work on other laptops but your driver has done something to Win 11 Home that is really a mess. I’ve gone through all other processes, updates, reinstalls, even if Synapse is install or not. I’ve also tried rolling back the driver to no avail. It’s not the mouse dying either- it’s a Razer thing they need to work out asap. Bluetooth also is laggy and refuses to connect to bluetooth but then connects despite the message. But again, the cursor still doesn’t move. I see it constantly refreshing in the Device Manager page and that is a wireless conflict perhaps. I’ve seen this before throughout the past 4 plus years online and I’d like to see Razer be more transparent about addressing issues for you. It’s been a minute for this guy.
