I’m having a problem with my Razer devices. I recently got the Razer Kraken V3 headset, and when I first connected it to my PC, there was no sound. I managed to fix the sound issue, but now the my main microphone doesn’t work anymore.
Another problem is that when I open the Razer software, it starts for a few seconds and then immediately closes. I’ve tried many methods to fix this, but nothing has helped.
I’m currently using a Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed mouse and a Razer Ornata V3 keyboard, and everything worked perfectly before I started using the headset. Now, after connecting the Kraken V3, these issues started happening.
Could you please help me resolve this?
