Problem with Razer Synapse and Button p

Hi, i have a strange problem with Razer Synapse Software. It running on background. The problem is, if the Synapse Software started and im pressing the p button on my keyboard my When i closed the synapse software, then everything will work normally again. Does anyone knows the problem and have any idea to fix it?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. That's odd. Have you tried logging in to your Razer Synapse while using a different Razer ID and see if the issue persists? Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.

HI, thank you for the reply. Your right, with a new RAZER ID the problem is solved. If i logged again with my old ID, the Problem is the same. I think there is anything wrong in the settings with the old ID. Anyway, i think i use the new ID for the future. Thank you very much.

You're welcome! There's a possible weird keybind that causes conflict on your macros. You can check and edit your macros if you want to reuse your old account. Feel free to send me a PM or visit Razer's knowledge base should you need additional assistance.
