Problem with Razer Viper V2 Pro Dongle

My Razer Viper V2 Pro wireless dongle has randomly stopped working and I don't know why. It worked fine for a day and then stopped working, is there any way to replace this item? I live in Uzbekistan, but it is impossible to buy a dongle in Uzbekistan. Because there are no official stores for Razer accessories!!!

It's been 5 months since I bought this product!RECOMMENDATION: If you are looking to buy a wireless mouse, I recommend a brand other than Razer.

Sorry to hear about your Razer Viper V2 Pro concern. Does the behavior happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Have you tried connecting the mouse directly to our computer's USB port?
