Hi, I have a razer wolverine v2 and never had problems with it. But today when I tried to remap the m1 and m2 buttons for another game it doesn’t work. It is stucked in one profile and cannot be changed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and deleting the profile but it will not get off the button it’s currently mapped to.

Blank screen when I try to edit and changing profile won't actually change remapping. I tried on two PC, same problem on each.
Same problem, contacted support about it but they had nothing useful to say just “we’re working on fixing it” ~ this has been a problem for weeks. I have a sinister feeling that they’re just removing support for their older model controllers to try to get people to buy new ones, but after this experience I don’t think I’ll ever be buying another Razer product again.
Same here. I just bought a wolverine V2 for having remap and finally don't have it...
What's the case with that update and is it essential? If it worked fine before it should be undone. Such things should be testet before launching - or tested in a better way. Chose some beta tester for that - they just waiting for you collaboration.

exact same issue too! its been more than a few weeks the support had nothing useful to say apart from “we know we are working on it”
same issue here its been over a month now.. this is tiresome. one of the biggest gaming companies and yet they develop bad software, and speaking of software why is the controller not just included in the Razer synapse instead of yet another program to install
I just got a new controller and have the same issue, however, I figured out a way to get the correct screen to pop up on PC. That said, even though I can change bindings in the app, there is no change when I go to play a game (I set it to LS and RS, but game registers X and Y). But maybe the below will work for someone else...
To get the screen to pop-up, go to the blank screen. Click on the "Option Gear" at the top right corner, then click on the "Back Arrow" at the top left corner. Now the binding/sensitivity options should show up, hopefully.
