Problem with reverting from Synapse 4 back to Synapse 3, the device is a Tartarus V2

I loaded Synapse 4 and stopped after 30 minutes there are to many issues, I would rather play Diablo 4 instead of running down problems. I deleted Synapse 4 and to my knowledge I removed everything. I loaded Synapse 3 and retrieved my Synapse 3 profiles. Since this point Synapse 3 is not working correctly. The keybind to mount a horse will not work, I have changed the internal Diablo value to something different and changed the Tartarus to match Diablo and it doesn’t matter the command will not load or remove the mount, while the keyboard (Razer Blackwidow X Chroma) will work correctly. I have several other keybinds that work the same way and in each case the keyboard works correctly. I can move the keybind to another key on the Tartarus and it will not work. I have reloaded Synapse 3 several times removing everything and reloading with no effect. I reloaded Diablo 4, that didn’t improve anything. I created a new Diablo 4 profile changed the name used by the Tartarus and my Naga mouse to something different so the Cloud would not overide my clean new profile and that didn’t change the outcome.  At this point my game is unplayable. I would like some help on what else I can try.
