Hey I bought the blackshark v2 pro ps5 version and I would like to cut my microphone return but it doesn't work could you help me?

To disable or reduce sidetone on your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023), please follow the steps below:

1. Open Razer Synapse 3.0: On your computer, open Razer Synapse 3.0 and select your headset from the devices list.
2. Go to Audio Settings: Navigate to the "Mic" tab, where you can control various microphone settings.
3. Adjust Mic Monitoring (Sidetone): Look for an option labeled "Mic Monitoring (Sidetone)." There should be a slider to adjust the level of sidetone. Slide it down to reduce or turn it off completely.
4. Save Settings: After making changes, ensure you save them. You might need to restart the software or your device for the settings to take effect.
