Problem with sound Razer Kraken V3 Pro

Hello everyone, I've been experiencing a problem with my Razer Kraken V3 Pro headphones. So far, I've noticed this in two games, Battlefield 2042 and Minecraft. When I enter these games with THX Spatial enabled, all other sounds outside of the game, such as music or videos in the browser, or friends in Discord, start to sound different, like they're higher-pitched and unpleasant. The voices have an echo-like quality. Although the game's sounds remain normal and unchanged, all the background sounds start to alter. I've been struggling with this issue for a week now, and I can't find a solution. I haven't encountered this problem before. It only appeared on my new PC, but to be fair, I haven't played these games on my old one. I've downloaded different versions of Razer Synapse, changed various Windows 11 settings, but nothing seems to work. Help

Does the issue happen while the headset is on a wired or wireless connection? Also, does the behavior happen with all applications installed on your PC? How’s the audio quality while using it in a video call via app or browser? 

Check if you have other apps that could be limiting or altering your headset’s audio quality setting. If you have Windows Spatial Sound, you can turn it off by navigating to Settings > System > Sound > More Sound settings. Moreover, right-click on your output device, select properties, find the Spatial Sound tab, and then turn it off.

Otherwise, uninstall/remove all Razer-related files from your computer by downloading and installing the Razer Driver Clean-up tool. Once done, please restart your computer and reinstall Razer Synapse and all its available updates. Furthermore, you can disable the Audio Enhancements in the AUDIO tab in Razer Synapse 3 & 4.
