Problem with starting and charging - Razer Nari Ultmate

Hello, I have a big problem, my headphones suddenly stopped working. I used them yesterday evening and this morning I couldn't turn them on. They were fully charged, but now they don't want to charge. I connected them for the whole day connected to USB charging. The charging led does not light up. Please help me, I have them less than 5 months

    Have you tried connecting the headset to a different USB port or computer and check if it is charging? Also, try using a different USB cable and see if that helps.
