help me get the activation code for Suround, I bought headphones on the secondary market, they were registered before. I can't get the code. Help me plz

The 7.1 Surround Sound activation code should be included in the packaging—either on the scratch card or through product registration. Please refer to this article. If the device already shows that it's registered or if the activation card is missing, I suggest you reach out to the reseller for a refund.
Make sure to purchase your Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to ensure your device is genuine. Please be aware that products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. Take care for now!
