so recently i’ve bought razer blackshark v2x and when i was trying to get the 7.1 code message has appeared
 "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" i can send you the serial number and i need help pls.

Let me double-check your device information. Please send me a PM with your headset’s serial number, your region, and your proof of purchase. You can upload the proof of purchase to Google Drive and set it to “Public” or “Anyone with the link” so I can access the file, then share the link with me. Thanks!
