Problem with the back of the chair

Dear Razer
I really like your products and I already have almost a complete set, starting with a mouse pad, mouse and keyboard and ending with a chair and before that I did not have any problems with the products.
However, now I have a problem with the Razer Iskur V2 Fabrick chair. I received it and assembled it on May 16, 2024 and today, July 16, 2025, I had problems with it for the first time.
When I sit on it and lean on the backrest, I feel how the left side goes more than it should and my back is curved, which is not good for health.
If I make a greater inclination of the backrest, it is felt stronger and the left half generally comes off the back and it is impossible to lean on the backrest.
I tried to disassemble the backrest and find the problem, but unfortunately I could not understand what the problem is.
Could you suggest what else I can try to adjust the chair and continue to use it with pleasure?
I will attach a photo of the details if possible.

Here is a photo of the disassembled part from the back that I think has a problem.
I would also like to clarify if it is normal that this upper part where the letter L is moves so freely? It doesn't take any effort for it to start moving.

I bought a razor gold card for 185.00 on eneba.com and at has a 14 digit code and is asking for a pin…I have never seen this before…how do I get the pin for this card to activate it…please help…tracycivello69@gmail.com
