Problem with the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2017

Good day!

I have a Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2017 keyboard.

I noticed that when typing characters ^ " ' they are not printed the first time, and when pressed again two characters are printed at once. How can I fix this problem?

That depends on the keyboard layout you have set on your PC. In some layouts, those keys are used for accents like â, ä and á.
