Problem with the scroll wheel on the Razer Naga X mouse. At random moments, the scroll wheel may scroll the site up instead of down or change the scrolling speed. The problem becomes more apparent if you scroll the page slowly, one step at a time. I can not contact support, the function «Submit a case» is no longer available, the site redirects to a form with support only for US and CA regions. The mouse is connected via usb cable. I tried reconnecting it, tried interacting with the software, tried connecting the mouse to another PC. None of this helped, the problem remains and makes my job harder, maybe someone had the same problem?

Faulty encoder.
If you bought it directly at Razer.com - then you need to contact their support (even US, they should redirect your case to appropriate dept.).
If you’ve bought it from some reseller or some Amazon etc. then contact reseller or the shop directly.

I am having the same problem. What was your ultimate resolution?
I bought the Naga Left-Handed a few months ago for work and after not very long the scroll wheel will frequently scroll the wrong way. Often when I try to scroll in one direction, it will end up scrolling up and down over the same area for 5 or 6 scrolls before finally going down. Is this normal?
