Problem with THX Spatial Audio

Hello. Today I bought software THX Spatial Audio, but after downloading and starting, app doesn't work (it's something like empty app) and i can't register my product. Can someone explain how to repair this app ? Will be nice if someone respond me :) Thanks Klepos10
