I have a problem with the viper v3 hyperspeed mouse, when using it, the mouse freezes, does not respond to movement, can change the sensitivity to very high, suddenly the cursor changes to a different place by itself, what could be the problem?

I understand that you're having a cursor issues with your Razer Viper V3 Hypespeed. Could you please confirm if the issue occur with or without Razer Synapse running in the background? Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
