I purchased a wired Razer DeathAdder V3 in March 2024 through an authorized official retailer in Peru (IncaXtreme via Mercado Libre). Until a few days ago, it was working normally, but now it has a serious problem:
When I plug it in, the LED light flashes briefly and then turns off.
It's not recognized by Windows or Razer Synapse.
I've already tried other USB ports and different computers (including a laptop) with the same result.
I installed the official firmware from the Razer website, but it didn't fix anything.
I have the receipt, and the product hasn't been subjected to any bumps, drops, or misuse. Everything seems to indicate a factory hardware failure.
Could you provide guidance on validating the warranty with Razer directly or confirm if this is a common issue with a known solution?
