"I bought my Razer Barracuda X less than a week ago, and the issue is that it disconnects from the dongle on its own every now and then. I've already updated everything, but it's still happening. Also, I charged it for 4 hours as the manual recommends, and the maximum charge is 80%. Is there a solution or how can I proceed to claim the warranty?"
