Problema para validar y activar sonido surround 7.1

Hola a todos hace dos días compre los auriculares Razer Kraken X Lite, me baje la aplicación de Sonido Surround 7.1 y al momento de abrirla y poner el código que me vino con los auriculares me "dice que el código no es valido" y no puedo activarlo. Quería saber como puedo solucionar este problema?. Muchas gracias
