Hola a todos hace dos días compre los auriculares Razer Kraken X Lite, me baje la aplicación de Sonido Surround 7.1 y al momento de abrirla y poner el código que me vino con los auriculares me "dice que el código no es valido" y no puedo activarlo. Quería saber como puedo solucionar este problema?. Muchas gracias

Please send me the serial number, a photo of the scratched card, and the error message that pops up when using the code. I can use those to submit a code generation request on your behalf. Do make sure that the headset is registered so I can get things rolling.
