Bonjour, voilà maintenant 1 mois que j'ai acheté le casque Razer Kraken noir et depuis je ne peux pas m'en servir. J'ai un énorme problème au niveau du microphone. Le son émit par le micro est extrêmement faible, je ne peux donc pas m'en servir pour communiquer. Ce n'est pas un problème de micro mute. Si vous pourriez m'aider, ça m'aiderai grandement. Dépenser 80 € dans le vide me fait un peu mal. Merci d'avance
