I have a problem with my Razer Viper V2 Pro scroll wheel, I bought it 10 months ago, impossible to use it in gaming. It goes up and down on its own. My razer mamba years later work without worry. How do you plan to fix my difficulty? I'm very disappointed.

I'm having the exact same issue. I've had this mouse for a year now and the problem started about 3 months ago. I initially tried cleaning it with compressed air, but the problem has become increasingly persistent and the air no longer fixes it. I've even had to disable scrolling in games because it was causing so many issues. It's a real disappointment that such an expensive mouse would have this problem, especially since it seems to be a common issue with this particular model. I've created a support ticket to see if they'll honor the warranty. Let's see what Razer has to say.
