I'm having trouble using the Viper V3 Pro wirelessly. When I connect the dongle to the PC, I can't pair the mouse, even using Razer Mouse Pairing Utility or Razer Synapse. What can I do to use it wirelessly?

Hey there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can then update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your Viper V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way.
