Problems with BlackShark V2 Pro | Razer Insider

Hey, I'm really worried about this so if someone could get back to me I would really appreciate it, today I got a pair of the black shark pros and I've ran into some problems. First ill state that there isn't any physical problems as in damages to the headset as far as I know, the problems are relating to the audio, before this I was using a pair of Astro A40s that are more expensive than the black sharks. The THX spatial audio sounds very strange it it is unusable and I know its not supposed to sound like that I'm not sure if there is a known problem with that or not but that's one thing I've ran into, and even without using the THX spatial audio, the regular audio just sounds weird to me I'm not sure if they are supposed to sound like that and I'm just used to the Astros but yeah. I can't seem to pinpoint the problem with the audio it just sounds bad and none of the settings make a difference it sounds very hollow in places and a tad bit fuzzy and loud in others, again I don't know if I'm just used the the Astros or if there is a problem. If anyone has any tips or any settings I should use please tell me I need to know if there is something I can do or if they aren't for me and I should refund them thanks in advance to anyone that knows that helps. ( PS I don't know if it matters but I am not using the 20 dollar THX software that is available on razers website I am just using synapse, as far as I know I don't need that software)

Hey there! Thanks for posting your THX-related concern here. That's odd. I'll forward this to our Support Team. By the way, have you tried connecting the headset to another USB port or computer? Also, please check if you have a Windows Sonic for Windows 10. It is located in your Windows system tray. Right-click the speaker icon, point to Spatial Sound and select “Windows Sonic for Headphones” to enable it. Select “Off” to disable Windows Sonic. Please refer to the screenshot below:

Should the issue persist, please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs. Save it via Google Drive or to any online drive account and proceed with Razer Synapse 3.0 clean reinstallation. Let me know if it helps.
