I have tried to charge the mouse in the charging base even directly by the cable and it does not charge me, in synapse it appears as if it is charging but not even 1% charges me, I have tried to update the firmware and it continues the same, I take great care of the mouse , I do not not know what happens.

Hi! I have the exact same issue. I recently got my mouse replaced for Razer due to the same issue. I’m beginning to think that it’s an issue with Razer’s wireless mouse. I’ve been sitting on my PC for 3 hours straight staring at Synapse and it didn’t move an inch. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps.
