Problems with hardware achievements

I own a Basilisk v2, it is registered and plugged in, Synapse was able to register it. The achievement for owning a Razer mouse has still not been given to me, same with the "fully decked out" achievement, as I have the other two achievements for the Headset and Keyboard. Some help would be appreciated

Some RAZER silver awards have a delay. If nothing happens after a week, contact the RAZER support Some awards can be achieved by uploading a picture of your Battlestation to the RAZER forums and tag a RAZER support person. Like the RAZER offline event awards

Has this issue resolved for you yet? I'm having the same issue with my new Blackwidow V3. I registered it about a week 1/2 ago I think and I still haven't gotten the achievement. I'm wondering if I just have to wait for a little longer or do as @Sye_The-Vie says and upload a picture or contact support.

Hey, @Razer.Caziel @Razer.Speedcr0ss Please advise.... Also I would like to know if Insiders purchased more than one of same type peripheral (keyboard or mouse), does zsilver achievement get stacked? Let us say, if I bought RAZER BW v2 and next year I bought RAZER BW v3, so I get total of 200 zsilver for my dedication~~~ Or is it just a one time thing?

unfortunately it has not still, I DM'd a support member yesterday and they havent gotten back to be yet

Thanks for the mention! That answer is no. Most of the Razer Insider achievements are a one-time reward only.

Yes it needs a little bit time to update. But I regularly contact one of the vanguard to help me with that achievement. But for now I still waiting for "HOIST THE COLOR" achievement. I did already send a picture on a thread inside Battlestation.
