Problems with Lumbar support out of the box

Hey I just finished building this chair about 30 mins ago and I think there is a problem with the lumbar support on my model. It seems like the lumbar support doesn't lock into place very well for me. It will not fully lock into position if I am not sitting on the chair. When im no on the chair it seems to rise gradually. Is there like a troubleshooting or calibration guide I can reference or someone I can talk to possibly?
