Problems with my Razer Nari Ultimate

Hello guys, I have the problem that my Razer Nari Ultimate makes weird noises and it's like im under the water or some stuff like that. The sound is a little bit muffled and in call of duty modern warfare i can't hear anything because its so muffled its so annoying anyone know what i can do?

    You probably already have, but always worth an ask... Have you checked your settings in Synapse? Might be worth changing the EQ around a bit to see if that helps? Mine was being a bit funny so found a great website that had a good gaming set up on it, but found the bass to heavy so I reduced that, but otherwise the set up for mine works like a treat.       @Tribesman Sevalisa's suggestion is worth checking out. The best way to get it to sound right to your liking is to tweak the EQ settings. Feel free to PM me should you need assistance with that.
