Problems with Ornata V2

Dear Community, i have the following problems with my Ornata V2: - After Synapse loads at start up, the keyboard dims down completely in about 30% of all cases, and cannot be awaken via the synapse software. One, sometimes two restarts are then required to get the Keyboard correctly running. My mouse and pad (Basilisk V2, Firefly) are running fine. - Multimedia keys have stopped working entirely. I am using FooBar for music. I dont use Chrome. I already have tried the repair option, and a complete re-install. Unfortunately, it didnt help. I must say that i was a die hard user of another gaming brand until my mouse started to double click. I have switched completely to Razer two months ago, but i have to say that the consistent but non-reproduceable issues start to annoy me. Any suggestion is appreciated.

    Do you mind checking what happens when Synapse isn't set to launch at startup? I'd appreciate it if you can temporarily disable it and reboot the PC multiple times to test. Do use this to collect Synapse 3 logs, then upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link. I can use those to look into what's causing the lighting to dim. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
